Junior International Officer - Apprenticeship Contract F/M

Dedicated to research, teaching and entrepreneurship, ESSEC Business School's Cergy campus is looking for a Junior International Officer.
As a Junior International Officer, you will be working at the core of our international activities. You will support and nurture strategic relationships with our international partners, and work closely with our international team. Your role will be to facilitate communication, coordinate international projects, and monitor initiatives in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
Office management and administrative responsibilities for the international department, including agenda management, purchasing, budget tracking and file management.
Assist the Director of International Relations in managing the school's international partnerships.
Respond to regular surveys and requests for information from national and international organizations.
Manage the collection of international statistics, the partner CRM and the creation of graphics on important international data.
Plan trips and meetings abroad
Lead the preparation and coordination of international events, such as incoming and outgoing delegations and on-campus conferences.
Provide on-campus assistance for international hubs (logistics, invoice payments, travel assistance, mailing, etc....)
Undertake benchmarking activities and identify new partnership opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Registered student at a business school specializing in international relations, international business or a related discipline.
Have undertaken a student mobility experience at a partner school for at least one semester
Fluency / mother-tongue level in written and spoken English, minimum C2 level.
Excellent intercultural communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results oriented and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Proven knowledge of basic IT tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce).
