To support our mission in executive education, the ESSEC Executive Education campus in La Défense is seeking a Program Director to lead the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) program in France.
About the Program
The Goldman Sachs 10KSB program, in partnership with ESSEC Business School, is designed to support the growth and success of small businesses through innovative education and personalized coaching. The Program Director will oversee all aspects of the program, from design to implementation, working closely with Goldman Sachs and leading a dedicated team to ensure its continued impact and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership of the 10KSB Program
- Act as the primary leader and strategic advisor for the program in France, ensuring alignment with Goldman Sachs and ESSEC objectives.
- Develop a long-term vision for the program, fostering innovation and maintaining its relevance in the SME sector.
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the program team, including growth experts, section leaders, and speakers, to achieve high-impact results.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance within the team.
- Build a strong and trusted partnership with the Goldman Sachs Foundation team, ensuring a sustained and strategic collaboration.
Program Visibility and Reputation
- Actively promote the program to attract high-caliber participants who meet the defined admission criteria.
- Enhance the visibility and reputation of the program, positioning ESSEC and Goldman Sachs as thought leaders in the SME sector.
- Develop partnerships with influential networks, institutions, and organizations to strengthen the program’s national impact.
Program Design, Implementation, and Evaluation
- Collaborate with the Academic Director and program partners to ensure the content is cutting-edge, relevant, and reflective of the latest research and market trends.
- Provide a seamless and high-quality experience for participants, from recruitment to their integration into the alumni network.
- Continuously measure program performance through KPIs to drive improvement and innovation.
Financial and Budget Management
- Oversee the program’s budget, ensuring efficient and rigorous resource management.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an inspiring leader with a proven track record in managing academic and/or research programs, particularly in the SME sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in team leadership, strategic partnerships, and fostering innovation in a dynamic environment.
